Information we collect
The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and message. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking, and the site sets no cookies.
When you submit the form, a Cloudflare Turnstile check processes a token to confirm you are a person rather than an automated script. As with any website, our hosting provider also records standard technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to read and respond to your enquiry. Your message is delivered to our business inbox by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the contact form, provides the Turnstile check, and routes the form email to us.
- Once delivered, your message is stored in our business email system so we can respond and keep a reasonable record of the enquiry.
- If you choose to book a call, Microsoft Bookings, part of our Microsoft 365, processes the booking details you provide so we can meet at the time you select.
We choose our providers with care. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us through this website. Get in touch through the contact form and we will help.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information and we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Security
